FREE Sample Class/Level Test - Reservation
4. Payment Method and Fees
1. Fill out the Application form and we will assign a teacher for your FREE sample class/level test reservation.
2. If you agree with the time schedule we provide please reply or contact customer service staff for direct final confirmation to complete the reservation if not we can arrange the right schedule for your FREE sample class/level test.
3. Please give us at least one day to arrange a FREE level test for you.
4. We will contact you as soon as we recieve your registration and we will arrange your FREE level test as soon as we can.
2. Install SKYPE
1. Download Skype for FREE.
2. Get a user Id and send it to us. If you are having a problem with Skype installation and creating a Skype account you may contact our consultant and we will assist you.
3. Secure a good internet connection.
4. Prepare your headset, microphone and video camera. We advice the use of video camera so that teachers can view what's the student doing during the class and so the students would be more interested in their studies and focus in their lessons.
5. We have our technical support to assist you during the class.
3. Actual FREE Sample Class/Level Test
1. Log in to Skype 30 mins before your reserved FREE Sample Class/Level Test. Message us to inform us that you are ready with the Sample Class/Level Test.
2. Our consultant will call you for briefing on what to do during your FREE Sample Class Level Test. The consultant will tell you if the teacher assigned to you is ready. Consultant will check your internet connection and microphone and headset settings as well as your camera if you have.
3. FREE Sample Class is only 25 mins class. The teacher will turn you over again to our consultant ask your opinion about our FREE Sample Class/Level Test. In case you don't like the teacher we can assign a new teacher for you but we cannot give you another FREE Sample Class.
4. Teacher will send the Level Test result within the day. She will assign the best book for you.
5. We will call you as soon as we can to discuss your Level Test result and some important informations about our Agreement and about the course you are going to enroll.
1. You will receive a payment notification letter in your e-mail. Including our payment method.

2. Payment notification letter was included payment amount and the bank account number, paypal account number and some important details that you will be needing. Please e-mail us or contact us tru Skype, Viber or cellphone to inform us about your completion of your payment.
3. Our Consultant will confirm your payment and we will assign your First regular class with us.
4. We will send you your FREE textbook upon completion of payment.
Regular Class Starts
1. Before your regular class starts we will send you the copy of your Contract or Agreement signed by both parties.
2. We willl send you notification 1 week before the contract expires for Fixed Scheduled Classes and for Short Term Classes.
3. If you wish to renew our contract or to re-enroll the students pls notify us earlier.
4. Class Rules will be discuss after the contract signing.
